SFZF Newsletter | Zine Fest Tables Sold Out • Creator Q+A Series • My Other Weapon is a Zine Tour • SFZF Benefit Show • CAM Reading

Wow! The 9th annual SF Zine Fest is now just one month away! We've got so much good stuff in the works that we might send out a couple more announcements before the show, rather than our usual monthly schedule. Hope you don't mind!

Zine Fest Exhibitor Tables Sold Out
We are now sold all of our exhibitor spots for the 2010 SF Zine Fest! Our big thanks to the creative community for signing up in droves to sell, trade, or otherwise share their work with the public! With over 120 zinesters, cartoonists, printmakers, and other creative types in attendance, this is sure to be the best show in the Zine fest's nine-year history! This year's exhibitors range from established small-press publishing houses including RE/Search Publications, Microcosm, AK Press, Sparkplug Comics, and Tugboat Press to first time self-publishers and creators. Writers, cartoonists, crafters, illustrators, printmakers, and all manner of artists will be in attendance. While the majority of the exhibitors hail from the Bay Area and West Coast, creators from across the U.S. and beyond will be in attendance (click here for a full listing of exhibitors). Don't miss this great opportunity to meet your favorite small-press creators and get exposed to new ones, all for FREE!

Creator Q+A Series
With so many amazing creators coming to the Zine Fest, we've decided to give the public an additional view into our creators' inspirations, aspirations, and thoughts on the small-press publishing world. Throughout the month leading up the the SFZF we will be running daily mini-profiles of some of the many zinesters, cartoonists, and other creative types who make the Zine Fest what it is. Check them all out on our blog, and stay tuned for more!
